How is rent collected and transferred to me?

We collect rent monthly and transfer it to your Thai or international bank account. You’ll receive a monthly income statement.

Will I receive financial reports?

Yes. You’ll receive:

What are your property management fees?

Our standard fees:

10% of monthly rental income (long-term lease) and one time equivalent to one month rent for providing long term tenant 1 year contract
15–20% for short-term rental management

Yes. We offer advice and can help you purchase:
